A Brand Compliance Manager, Destination Restaurant Group, Dubai

Package up to 25,000 UAE Dirhams ($6,800) per month plus an annual bonus

We are looking for a Brand Compliance Manager to manage the implementation of brand standard material and manuals for the development of the group into new markets in the middle east.

Our client is a market leader in restaurant operations across the globe.

Things you will be doing as a Brand Compliance Manager:

• Review and develop the company Brand standard Manuals


• To support the Project Director for all active projects


• Support FOH & BOH for all venues and help set brand standard training


• To use existing tools, systems and KPIs to monitor brand compliance and develop new for independent units


• Audit reports and identify areas of development.


• To consult with stakeholders, operators, and directors on a plan of action following the audits


• Develop a high-performing team delivering clear goals

You will be a great fit if you:

• Have experience in the hospitality sector within brand management roles


• Have worked in new openings in Europe and the Middle East


• A background in destination restaurants is preferred, with a track record in operational management


• A strong understanding of market trends


• A high level of written or spoken English


• Have excellent operational and analytical skills


• A problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
