Head of Business - Bedford/Huntingdon/Northampton - Prestige Main Dealership 

My client is part of a well known prestige group and are now seeking a Head of Business to join their team.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 08:30-18:00
Basic Salary: Competitive

Key Role Responsibilities for this Head of Business job:-

As a Head of Business, you will be an integral member of the Management Team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading your business in a clear, considered and appropriate manner and to build an accountable and progressive business unit.
- Analysing the vast array of data available, to make swift, decisive, commercially astute and effective decisions; to change the direction of, or an operation within, the business, for the benefit of delivering an outstanding result.
- Ensuring that your Management Team has a clear understanding of the strategic direction of the Centre and the wider business, and that this effectively translates into clear and championed departmental visions and strategies.

Key Requirements for this Head of Business job:-

- Previous relevant experience required
- Previous motor industry experience required
- Good communication skills
- Customer facing experience preferable
- Good attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence required
