Recruiting Specialist

I'm recruiting for Recruiting Specialist to join our recruitment team.

To work in the Telecommunications and IT sector.

You will work to provide resourcing requirements and be responsible to source, filter, screen, interview and present candidates (full cycle to recruitment).

Based in Dusseldorf.

Job Description:

This role will involve using software such as Microsoft office to aid the recruitment team to deliver a high quality and quantity of candidates to our clients.

We work to provide resourcing to the Telecoms sector but no previous technical knowledge of Telecoms is necessary.

Working alongside the account managers you will also be responsible for answering calls and making calls to candidates to check details in there applications and get them to complete the necessary details via email (Microsoft outlook).

You will be trained to use our internal database and job boards for advertising our current vacancies.

Main tasks:

  • Liaising with the client, C44 sales responsible and project personnel

  • Post new requirements to internal and external broadcasting channels

  • Making and answering candidate calls.

  • Liaise and assist account managers in the recruiting process.

  • Provide feedback to candidates when rejected or accepted and set up interviews.

  • Administration tasks for successful completion of new placements.

  • Using Microsoft Word to format CV's into the company's CV template.

  • Using Microsoft Outlook to email candidates.

  • Pre-screen CV's of applicants and working with account managers to provide them to the client.


  • Previous Sales Support or recruitment experience required.

Key attributes:

  • This will entail creating and maintaining a pool of potential candidates for the company.

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher Education required.

  • Previous experience of recruitment and knowledge of UK recruitment tools preferred but not essential.

  • Must be a good communicator both written and verbally.

  • Good Customer Service skills are essential.

  • This role requires someone who is self-starter and hard working.

    You should want to overachieve in your role which is KPI and Target driven.

  • Attention-to-detail and organisation is required through the whole recruitment lifecycle.

  • Candidates should have the confidence to call candidates and meet clients.

  • Excellent communication skills - able to present and sell our company's image in a highly professional manner.
