SAP Service Delivery Coordinator

SAP Service Delivery Coordinator.


FPSG are proudly working in partnership with a highly reputable global organisation that are known for being leaders within their market.


Due to the continuous growth within the business, we are supporting the search to find an SAP Service Delivery Coordinator based in the UK.


Please Note: Because of the nature of the projects, all applicants MUST be eligible or already have SC Clearance.


The Role:



  • Main point of contact for all SAP related enquiries

  • Maintaining relationships with the Service Managers and the delivery teams

  • Ensure progress is monitored and issues are highlighted SAP Management Team. :

  • Monitor multiple mailboxes and address in a timely manner.

  • Client/Team Lead/Ops Manager report preparation.

  • Prioritise work effectively and efficiently to ensure we meet Client SLAs

  • Incident Management and Problem Management processes.

  • Keep up to date with relevant tool set and processes are followed for Change Management.

  • Monitor spend against budget for tactical change requests across all teams for all designated clients.


  • Maintain close working relationships with SAP Team Lead/Operations Manager

  • Facilitate effective service delivery throughout the business.

  • Main contact and communicator for schedule or budget delivery

  • Raise any issues relating to Incidents, Problems and Change Requests and WBS Codes.

  • Ensure all procedures are followed as appropriate to each client.

  • Assure the delivery performance of the SAP Service Centre against defined targets.

  • Attain SAP operational satisfaction through support to successful delivery.

  • Complete activities for monthly Service Management reporting Meeting with Client.

  • Run Change request review meetings with Clients.

  • Administration duties as required.

  • Update any documentation required for each client.


About You



  • Practical thinker with ability to utilise own initiative for independent working.

  • Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.

  • Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines.

  • Basic project management principles desirable but not essential.

  • MS Office skills i.e Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

  • SC Cleared or eligible to obtain.
