Commercial Contracts Paralegal

Are you a strong team player with commercial contracts experience and looking for a new challenge?

Due to increase in work, my in house client is looking to appoint a Commercial Contracts Paralegal to work within their Legal and Governance team, based in Leeds City Centre.

My client is a FCA regulated investment company based in Leeds city centre who are well known for their positive client relationship and take pride in having customers at the heart of everything they do.

As part of the role you will work alongside 7 supportive members of the team, largely in drafting, negotiating and proof reading commercial contracts including NDAs, data protection and other standard commercial contracts.

You will also support the legal team with a range of projects and really get involved.

There is plenty of scope for development in this role and you will really be encouraged to get involved, playing a pivotal role in team.

If you are a trainee legal executive or paralegal with commercial contracts experience either from private practice or in house, have strong attention to detail, initiative and strong written and verbal communication skills, then my client would love to hear from you!
