Multi-Site General Manager – Up to £65,000 – South West London

My client is the owner of 2 venues.

We are a looking for an experienced General Manager, who could look after both sites.

One of the sites is an authentic family-run Spanish restaurant, which turns into a nightclub in the evening and the second site is a friendly and vibrant cocktail bar.

Both venues are late nights so please only apply If you can do it.

Who are we looking for?

• Someone who has a positive, friendly attitude with a passion for customer service and engaging guests
• Someone who can take over from the owners
• Someone who has an extensive cocktail and beverage knowledge
• Someone with experience in table service and cocktail bars

General Manager responsibilities and experience include:

• Full understanding of structure, processes, and procedures
• Lead both venues and their team to deliver exceptional service
• Oversee the restaurant/bar financial management, planning, systems, and controls
• A positive true team leader with an exceptional set of people management skills
• Ensure both venues are always organised to meet the business demands
• Spanish language would be a bonus
