Service & Account Manager - Analytical Chemistry

This UK based division of a well-respected European analytical sciences company enjoys a great reputation globally and has first class equipment sold across the world.



In this newly created Service & Account Manager role you will be responsible for:

• Servicing a range of Titrators - mainly Karl Fischer, Gas Chromatographs, Electrochemical Instrumentation and, Elemental Analysers in house and sometimes on site


• Ensuring that service contracts and repeat service business is managed effectively


• Quoting, supporting and reporting on the existing UK customer base


• Highlighting any new business opportunities within exiting accounts

The ideal candidate will need:

· Technical service experience with different types of titrators (Karl Fischer and Potentiometric) or allied analytical chemistry equipment such as chromatographs, GC, HPLC, Mass Spectrometer, AAS, UV-Vis etc..


· Ideally experience of working with petrochemical or pharmaceutical laboratory customers.


· Excellent customer service skills
