Salary:                 £45K + Commission

My client is an innovative and well-respected business who are a vital supply to the hospitality and foodservice industry, working with some of the best names in the sector!

They are currently undergoing an exciting phase of growth & development, which has resulted in the need for a Business Development Manager.

The successful Business Development Manager will be responsible for opening doors and winning new business, promoting the company and the services they offer whilst managing and upscaling some existing accounts.

This is the perfect opportunity for enthusiastic Business Development Managers who have a solid understanding of the hospitality industry and a strong network of contacts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for selling, promoting and delivering the company’s service portfolio and delivering its revenue targets 
  • Working with clients to understand their needs and achieve their goals
  • Drafting business proposals with clients, defining requirements, timelines and overall value proposition
  • Monitoring key performance indicators and business deliverables
  • Acting as a Brand Ambassador to and for clients
  • Planning, organising and facilitating client meetings
  • Driving sales and revenue

The Ideal Business Development Manager Candidate:

  • Have a successful track record working in sales and winning new business.
  • Be passionate about and have a good understanding of the hospitality sector; on-trade and foodservice experience is advantageous.
  • Ideally have a proven network of industry contacts.
  • Be highly enthusiastic and motivated to win new business.
  • Outgoing and can connect positively with all personalities
  • Ability to make a positive quick impression, gaining trust and engaging with new sales prospects
