Telesales Representative

£20k per annum plus commission structure.

9am-5pm, Monday-Saturday 5 days per week.

(Rota system).

Our client is a leading provider of mobility Equipment.  Their head offices are based in Stafford and their business covers the Midlands with an online/ Tele sales department covering the entire UK.

They are currently seeking to appoint a Telesales Representative to join their team in Stafford, this individual will be contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services, answering questions about products or the company, asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

This individual should have a great telephone manner, friendly personality, and a positive attitude, to provide the best service to Customers and best support to the team.

Customer service and administration skills, a friendly personality, a can-do attitude and a calm and patient manner to be able to deal with customers of all ages, backgrounds and abilities is essential.

Training will be given to the right candidate.  A call centre background, or previous experience within a telephone-based Customer Service/ sales will stand you in good stead for this position.
