Domiciliary Care Manager

I am looking for an positive role model and adaptable leader with robust experience within domiciliary care to manage a staff team and patch within Surrey.

If you are and organised, adaptable and strong leader that can successfully lead and motivate a staff team and if you are able to use care systems and have strong knowledge of the CQC and other legislation then I want to hear from you!

The Registered Manager role is paying £35,000 TO £40,000 (DOE) on a full time, permanent contract of 37.5 hours a week and there are great training and progression opportunities for those who seek it.

Please apply if you have:

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent, be willing to work towards it

  • A successful track record of networking, Business development and set up of services

  • A great understanding of CQC, risk assessment and safety management

  • A minimum of 3 years withing domiciliary services as a manager, deputy or care corindinator

  • Strong managerial skills and enjoy developing and managing high performing staff teams
