Sacco Mann are thrilled to be working once again with a leading firm of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys who are keen to recruit a Trade Mark Attorney into their London office.

Sat within the wider Trade Mark group, this role would best suit a part qualified or fully qualified Trade Mark Attorney (up to circa 3 years PQE) who has relevant and demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced environment with some autonomy.

This impressive firm have a well-established team of expert and experienced Trade Mark Attorneys and, as the team continues to grow, this is an exciting opportunity to join one of Europe's leading practices.

Sacco Mann have recruited into this hugely impressive group of IP experts and your career is guaranteed to progress and flourish.

You will work closely alongside Associates, Senior Associates and Partners split across the firm's multiple offices.

You will work hard advising clients on suitable IP protection, filing, prosecution, registrability as well as dealing with design disputes which will include oppositions, renewals, and maintenance.

In addition, you will be responsible for business development and portfolio management.

This is a varied role where you will work amongst the wider team as well as working efficiently independently.
