Commercial Solicitor

Are you a Commercial Solicitor with an interest or exposure in IP/IT or Data Protection who yearns to work for an organisation which makes a significant and positive difference to so many? Sacco Mann is working in partnership and exclusively for a division of an internationally recognisable global business at the forefront of developing specialised clinical products for inborn errors of metabolism, disease-specific conditions and nutrition support, based in Liverpool.

The small, however integral In-house legal team is now seeking a highly-commercial solicitor to support the business on a cross-functional basis, working in collaboration with the General Counsel and Paralegal in this newly created position.

Day to day you'll work with a variety of commercial agreements and associated legal documentation, typically including co-manufacturing, distribution, sponsorship, sales agency and non-disclosure agreements as well as; supporting the business with clinical trial agreements and documentation, implementing and managing the data privacy framework and supporting the R&D team with contracts with universities, researchers and hospitals.

The ideal candidate will have at least a couple of years high quality commercial experience and knowledge across several areas such as commercial, intellectual property, IT and data privacy who can get to their offices in Liverpool 2-3 days a week working with their hybrid model.
