Payroll Administrator

An exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator has arisen at one of the UK's leading food manufacturers.

Successful candidates will receive 33 days of holiday leave, as well as a health care and sick pay benefit that will increase over time.

The working hours for this position are 8:00 am - 17:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities as a Payroll Administrator:

• Compiling data for reconciliation


• Data input into the payroll system, both permanent and temporary


• Preparation of payroll for up to 3000 employees on a variety of payrolls with weekly and monthly pay cycles


• Assisting employees and other site administrators as a key point of contact


• General administration

• Have Microsoft Excel experience and keyboard literat


• Have worked/currently work in one of the following roles: Payroll Administrator, Payroll Assistant, Wages Clerk, Payroll Coordinator.


• Has experience of working with wage software such as Sage 50, QuickBooks and Xero.
