A Local Authority in Medway is looking for an Experienced Social Worker within Children's Social Work to join their 16+ team on a locum bases, offering a competitive pay rate of up to £38 per hour.

You will be providing a high-quality service for young people in care as they transition to independence.

Your responsibilities as an Experienced Social Worker:

• Provide a high quality and effective service for young people in care as they transition to independence.


• Taking responsibility for work and managing a caseload.


• Manage case proceedings and the associated tasks necessary.


• Supporting young people by ensuring pathways are followed, prior to leaving care.

Requirements of you as an Experienced Social Worker:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)


• A valid Social Work England registration
