HR Advisor
A large, well renowned community of fostering, residential and education services are looking for a HR Advisor based in the Buckinghamshire region. This role is a full-time, permanent position with predominantly homebased working.
The ideal HR Advisor will provide comprehensive Employee relations advice and guidance to Managers and to ensure that all regulatory and company requirements are met.

Your responsibilities as the HR Advisor:
- Offer advice and guidance on HR and employee welfare matters
- Take a key role in the company's Sickness Absence Management strategy
- Ensure a constructive approach to employee relations, providing fair and consistent advice and guidance on disciplinary and grievance matters
- Support the Line Managers in the handling of disciplinary, grievance and capability cases
- Support Line Managers in the delivery of processes involving company restructures, change management and other organisation/staff matters as required
- Ensure the administration of the ER database and records on a weekly and monthly basis
Requirements of you as the HR Advisor:
- CIPD level 5 qualified
- Understanding and practical application of the use of IT and electronic communications, including the use of Microsoft Office
- A proven ability to produce a high standard of report writing
- Knowledge of relevant HR policies, procedures, legislation and best practice
- Ability to communicate effectively with people both verbal and written at all levels with a diverse staff group
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: Up to £30,000
