Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Our client is an industry leading manufacterer with a huge number of facilities across the UK.

They are now looking for an Engineering Maintenance Electrician for their site based close to the Leighton Buzzard area.

Roles and Responsibility of Engineering Maintenance Electrician:

• Responsible for plant wide proactive and reactive electrical maintenance activities to ensure the optimum performance of the factory.


• Carry out Planned Preventative Electrical Maintenance, Inspections, Service and Repairs, motors, drives, invertors, safety circuits, 3 phase machinery, conveyor-based systems and automated machinery.
  
  


• Carry out Reactive Maintenance activities and follow PPM schedules as required.

To Be Successful as an Engineering Maintenance Electrician:

• You will need to hold the following qualifications to be considered: City and Guilds Level 3, NVQ Level 3, AND 3 BTEC level 3 OR be apprenticeship trained as an Engineering Maintenance Electrician.


• Direct experience as an Engineering Maintenance Electrician


• Planned and reactive maintenance experience in a fast-paced production environment
