Marketing & Sales Executive

Location: Bath

Salary: Up to £34,000

I am working with a hospitality company who are rapidly expanding in 2023! This is a great opportunity to join a company and grow with them in your career! The client is looking for a Marketing & Sales Executive to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

Digital Tasks    

• Email Creation
• Websites
• Amending 3rd party listings
• In charge of voucher campaigns on zonal
• Creation of websites & DMN pages for new venues

Marketing Executive Tasks       

• Printing  
• Writing + Proofing copy
• Supporting the Marketing Team when needed/available (photoshoots, campaigns, social etc)
• Menu cover/QR code Organiser
• Respond to Insta/Facebook DMs
• Privacy / Voucher tasks Look after email accounts for ETM/MAVEN (info account for ETM, Gift Card account, Privacy account for ETM/Maven)
• Gift Card Management (Gift Card email account, comp gift cards)
• Assisting with Privacy- in charge of unsubscribe for Atreemo, Zonal, DMN and Opentable

Sales Support Tasks     

• Create Tonic Tickets
• Speak to DMN marketing regarding venue Listings and new marketing activations
• Support sales team with booking types/adjustments

Main Key Projects in 2023:

• Launches: Including advertising flyers, POS, local media placements, etc
• Working with the Operations Director to create digital campaigns, including landing pages for Six Nations, The Ashes, Horse racing calendar, Autumn Internationals, Rugby World Cup pages.
• Creation of any new site website with Ignite, and creating DMN booking listing/BOH
• Creating stronger partnership within Design my night team; in a solid spot with their social team, marketing team (Adding us onto articles) and have now met the Tonic customer service manager for any issues regarding tickets
