Senior Process Engineer

This Senior Process Engineer vacancy offers a salary of circa £54,000 annually with an excellent benefits package including contributary pension scheme, bonus scheme and enhanced holiday entitlement.

Our client is a globally recognised and world leading manufacturer looking for a Senior Process Engineer to focus on Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality processes.

This role would be to join our team based near Dunbar, East Lothian.

Main Responsibilities

• To drive culture and improve process surrounding Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality across the site.


• Responsible for monitoring key process parameters, designing and implementing action plans to achieve set targets.


• Conducting short- and long-term investigations to improve plant performance and operations.


• Implementing new ideas, tools, and systems to improve performance across site.


• To project lead teams to drive PIP to meet business targets.


• Work closely with other departments building positive relationships to achieve process improvement targets.

The Ideal Candidate

• Good experience in a Process Engineering role


• Hands on experience working with Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality issues.


• A Degree in Chemical Engineering desired but not essential


• IOSH Qualified
