Service advisor

Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire

Salary: £27,000 OTE Basic and commission

The Job Role

You will be working as a Service Advisor with an award, winning motor group.

You will need to be motivated, dedicated and great at teamwork.

Duties:



* The role as a Service Advisor requires outstanding customer service.


* It also covers all makes and models of cars so ensuring you can switch between customer while remaining focused is key


* Your day- to- day role will include booking in customers and their vehicles for all types of mechanical works.


* Talking with customers about any work required on their vehicle.


* Taking payments and setting up payments plans.


* Ensuring all technicians, valeters and drivers are aware of the daily workload.


* Liaising with parts and sales.


* Assisting with the workshop and organising pre courtesy vehicles for prebooked customers.


The ideal candidates will:



* Have previous Service/Aftersales Advisor experience within the Motor Trade.




* Have a full clean UK driving licence


* Be presentable, warm, and welcoming.


* Be a strong communicator with customers and team members.


* Be able to adapt between different customers and vehicles.


* Able to maintain brand standards and a high level.
