House Manager (Live-In) – Luxury Hotel in Suffolk

Location:              Suffolk

Salary:                   Up to £40,000 including accommodation

Looking for an engaging service, warm approach which anticipates guests’ needs in a luxury 5

* form/standard.

This role will allow you to showcase your passion for guest services as a House Manager, where your exemplary standard of care and personal attention will make guests feel not only comfortable, but most importantly value.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests regarding facilities.
• Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Assist guests with any plans or arrangements they intend to make.
• Offer a professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Anticipate guests’ needs, always going above and beyond to meet their needs.
• General housekeeping which will include laundry, change and/or make beds, clean bathrooms, communal rooms including kitchens, appliances, stairs, landings, and outside areas.

Requirements

• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Full UK Driving License.
• Attention to detail and on guests’ needs.
• Possess a professional presentation.
• Experience in a similar role in a 5
  
  * hotel / private residence.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
