Electrical Engineer

This role is based at their state-of-the-art site in Leeds, where you will gain unique training and qualifications, along with opportunities for development and progression in your career.

Roles and Responsibilities as an Electrical Engineer:

• You will be responsible for the PPM schedule and reactive maintenance as well as continuous improvement across the site.


• A key attribute is the ability to plan and apply forward-thinking, to ensure limited downtime.


• Looking at the reliability of the machines to ensure 100% efficiency.


• Identifying root cause analysis


• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures for each machine.


• Reporting to and regularly providing feedback to the relevant supervisor.

I would be keen to see CVs from individuals who have:

• Worked previously as an Electrical Engineer, Multi Skilled Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Technician or similar.


• An electrical bias along with one of the following: NVQ Level 3, City and Guilds, BTEC Level 3 or Apprenticeship in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.


• Experience working within one of the above roles in a manufacturing environment.


• A Compex 1-4 qualification would be desirable but is not essential as training will be offered for this.
