Who will you be as Assistant General Manager?

• We are looking for an Assistant General Manager with a warm and outgoing personality who is well versed in management of a team that is passionate about great service & food.
• You will be accountable for the site and have strong commercial acumen and success in audits, due diligence, be up to speed on all H&S and confident with financials.
• Our client looks for personality first and foremost, someone who wants to develop themselves and mentor their team.
• Someone who thrives in a busy environment with quality products.
