You will have experience of working as an Account Manager, Retentions or Customer Service.

You will work within the Delivery Team to manage the existing client base and retain their business.

Experience in a B2B role is essential.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Being main point of contact for all matters relating to your customer base
• Building strong and lasting relationships with our new and existing customers
• Contacting existing customers and informing them of ongoing and new opportunities
• Ensure that payments are made in line with contract terms and chasing missed payments to protect commercial position of the business
• Information gathering from the client that relates to bid submissions
• Handling disputes of official complaints and avoid further escalation

Customer Care Advisor

Key job requirements:

• Advanced Excel skills
• Confidence is key
• Ability to meet strict deadlines is essential
• Experience of dealing with complex queries in a B2B environment
• Minimum A-Level qualifications is essential
