Role as a Social Worker:

• closely with primary care providers in mental health, you'll complete assessments under the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005


• Formulate risk assessments around harm to self or others.

To be considered for this Social Work position, you must have.

• Valid Social Work England Registration

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with AYSE year completed
