Business Development Manager - Hospitality Platform

Location:             London

Salary:                  Up to £35,000 + Commission (OTE £50,000)

Our client is a market-leading website helping people find the right restaurants and venues for their events and acts a platform for venues to promote themselves with digital marketing tools.

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their fun and lively team! The BDM will sell their highly successful digital marketing packages to the hospitality industry to both new business leads and existing accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
• Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
• Selling digital marketing services to restaurants, pubs, bars, hotels and venues
• Sourcing new client prospects and their decision makers
• Educating clients to understand the features and benefits of the product
• Nurturing existing customers and driving upselling initiatives
• Creating proposals based on client requirements and data insights

EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years' of relevant sales experience
• Knowledge of the restaurant and events industry preferable but not essential
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience using CRM packages such as Zoho or Salesforce
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident, self-motivated and driven
