WELLNESS CONSULTANT – HOT TUBS, ENDLESS POOLS AND SERVICE PLANS – HAMPSHIRE – £40k OTE + BASIC & BENEFITS

Highly motived and consultative Wellness Consultant sought by our client who is a leading seller of Hot Tubs, Spas, Endless Pools and Hot Tub Servicing.  They are a well-established family run business offering some of the leading makes of Hot Tubs and Spas including Hot Spring Spas.

Due to their continued success, they are now recruiting for a Wellness Consultant to work as a Multi-Site Consultant to cover our clients 3 south coast stores.

On occasion, other stores will need to be attended in the Midlands and Sussex.

But on these occasions travel and accommodation would be provided, as well as plenty of notice.

THE ROLE

• The successful Wellness Consultant will be selling Hot Tubs, Endless Pools, Spas, service plans, spare parts and accessories to customers
• The show room deals with walk in customers, customers phoning in as well as following up leads passed from Hot Tub and Spa manufacturers.
• You will be expected to attend customer homes to advise customers at their own premises to ensure they are choosing the right Hot Tub or Spa.
• Our client sells high end products with a strong focus on customer service
• Opportunity for training abroad in US/Europe - must be willing to travel
• Opportunity to sell the world’s leading hot tub brand, with over 1.5 million units sold worldwide
• This is a full-time permanent job
• Working Weekdays AND weekend
• 40 Hours per week
• Working at three sites Gosport, Botley and Southampton mainly as mentioned above.

THE WELLNESS CONSULTANT

• Experience of selling high value items is preferred e.g.
  
  Car Sales, Caravan Sales, Conservatory Sales, Bathroom Sales, etc.
• Experience of selling Hot tubs, spas etc not essential, in fact, no experience is preferred!
• You MUST be highly motivated
• Strong team work ethic and also ability to work on own
• Experience of working to targets
• You MUST be willing to travel between stores and customers
• Willing to travel for training and meeting
• Live within a commutable distance to the stores
• You MUST have a full valid driving licence
• Available to work weekdays AND weekends
• A basic criminal check (DBS) will be required and any offer of employment will be conditional on criminal record history 
• A Credit check for FCA compliance also is required.

THE SALARY

• £20,000 - £23,000 Basic Salary (Subject to experience)
• £40,000 OTE
• Product training (Training provided in the UK and possibly Europe depending on success)
