The Role of the International Key Account Manager

Selling a vast portfolio of medical devices through distributors in Europe.


Mix of recruiting new partners and up/cross selling across the full portfolio to increase share of wallet.


Travelling to Europe approximately once a month for 2-3 days plus 2-3 exhibitions annually.


Working from home - can be based anywhere in UK.


Building relationships with distributors to gain loyalty and influence the sales.



Will be selling a comprehensive portfolio of medical devices and consumable products including suction liners, catheters, cardiology consumables, stents, wound drainage vacuums, ENT suction products etc.

The Ideal Person for the International Key Account Manager

Amazing opportunity for someone that wants to join a growing company that rewards sales people.


Ideally you will have medical devices experience but it’s not essential.


You must have a track record of success selling to distributors, doesn’t have to be internationally.



Someone who has the gravitas to win over the distributor and gain loyalty and commitment and then increase spend.


Needs to have a commercial brain with an ability to work with the distributor to help them achieve their objectives.


Must be proficient in Excel, this is used daily.

Happy to train on the products but not on Excel.


Must have a willingness to learn and adapt.


Creative thinker and problem solver, able to negotiate at C-Level.
