2 on 4 off shift pattern

Job Description

As a Deputy Care Manager, you will be:

• Assisting the Registered Manager with managing the home


• Conducting and completing support plans


• Assisting with administrative duties


• Ensuring all health and safety measures are followed to create a safe environment for service users


• Caring, compassionate and have good communication skills

Requirements:

• Qualified in at least Level 3 in Residential Childcare


• DBS and prepared to apply for one


• References


• Full driving licence and access to a car
