Private Client Solicitor

Well-established, full-service law firm looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor into their Dudley offices.

You will be joining a friendly and sociable team who aim to provide professional, easy to understand advice for all their clients.

This firm has seen significant growth over the last 10 years and continues to put their clients first, which is why they are looking for a Private Client Solicitor who knows the importance of excellent client care skills.

You will be taking ownership of your own caseload which may include:

• Discussing Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trust matters, Tax advice and Probate with clients


• Processing files from start to finish in an effective and timely manner.


• Providing support to other fee earners when needed


• Preparation of documents using in-house software


• Keeping client files up to date


• Managing client ledgers


• Assistance with the maintenance of our manual filing systems


• Closing files following the relevant processes

The candidate will ideally have 2+ years PQE, is well organised, has excellent time management and organisational skills, is a team player and a keen eye for detail.
