HR Manager
Location: Chicago
Salary: $100,000 – 120,000

The Company:

We are working with a client who has a very successful business with global presence.

The client has a very good reputation with the customers and gives thanks to their employees for this.

This is an exciting position for an experience HR manager to join a fast moving, growing company.

HR Manager Duties:

• Responsible for most HR functions including benefits, onboarding, worker’s comp, documentation and HRIS audits
• Make sure all employees up to date with health and safety training
• Play a major role in recruiting and onboarding including orientation for new hires across the US
• Represent the brand and culture in the best possible light within and outside of the organization
• Maintain current knowledge of the US and federal legislation and regulations to monitor and ensure compliance
• Oversee all disciplinary issues
• Travel across the US to different offices when need be

The ideal HR Manager will possess the following qualities:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a HR manager position
• Strong in all HR procedures including; health & safety, compliance, recruitment, training and development etc
• Excellent leadership skills
• Advanced on Microsoft Office
• Previous experience working with HRIS a plus but not necessary
