Senior Designer
Location: South West London, Hybrid working
Salary: Dependent on experience
The Client:
My client is an independent integrated agency who work to solve brands creatively.
They are looking for a Senior designer who can create, come up with conceptual ideas, blue sky thinking.
The role:
You will work on their portfolio of clients within FMCG, tobacco, alcohol and leisure categories.
You will be responsible for helping to develop and realise best in class creative executions within the agency.
Skills in typography, graphic design, animation and project management will be utilised under the Creative Director's leadership.
Projects will involve a range of design disciplines including:
* POSM, Packaging, Experiential, UX/UI for digital communications, websites, mobile apps and e-comms, Marketing comms, Press and print advertising, Video and Animation, Logos and branding
Responsibilities:
* Generating original visual and/or conceptual executions that are exciting, creatively attractive and on brief
* Supporting the senior creative team management to deliver extraordinary creativity whilst being commercially effective
* Brainstorm with the CD or CGH and account managers to establish appropriate creative directions
* Staying abreast of new media formats and learning how to incorporate them into campaigns
* Working with Creative Group Heads and the Creative Directors to establish new skills and insights
* Ensure creative executions are consistent with the brand guidelines and tone of voice of a brand
* Communicating with senior creative and account management team members to receive feedback
* Liaising effectively with clients and other team members to sell ideas both in-person and virtually
* Project management and filing, liaising with artwork studio to provide files in suitable formats
* Supporting junior creative team and/or liaising with suppliers
Requirements:
Experince: Candidates should have +6 years' agency experience.
Working knowledge of the industry software as following:
* InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, XD, Sketch, Figma, CSS & HTML
