We are currently searching for a Junior SQL Server Developer to join a Furniture Manufacturer in Rochester, Kent.

The role will be split between office and home working and full training in any areas needed will be provided.

There is a lot of scope to grow and develop yourself within this organisation with routes to Senior Developer and Management positions.

You will be joining a small team and working alongside a Senior Developer who will guide you into a similar position.

Your day-to-day duties will include the below:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining SQL-based database systems, including stored procedures and functions.


• Developing and managing reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to guarantee the accuracy of query results and ensure timely delivery.


• Collaborating with the rest of the IT team to identify and resolve database performance issues.


• Supporting the helpdesk by troubleshooting database-related incidents and providing technical expertise.

Skillset Required:

• SQL Server

Desirable Experience:

• Visual Basic/Visual Studio


• SSRS
