Sous Chef – Full-Service Italian Restaurant

Location: Corte Madera, CA

Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 + full medical, dental, vison, PTO, 401k

This restaurant is in Corte Madera in California.

They have a great reputation with the locals with lots of raving reviews online! They operate with a corporate menu using fresh, quality ingredients with seasonal menu changes.

They are looking for a Sous Chef to help manage one of the food outlets onsite.

Sous Chef Duties:

• Assist daily operations of one outlet
• Collaborate on menu creation
• Supervise sourcing and deliveries
• Maintain team spirit, and oversee menu accuracy
• Prepare gourmet meals
• Maintaining brand standards
• Ensure high food standards as required by local health regulations
• Ensuring guests are having the ultimate food experience

The ideal Sous Chef will possess the following qualities:

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar position
• Variety and creativity when it come to your culinary skills
• Good organizational skills
• Great career stability
