Location: Bedfordshire, (SG19)

Salary: £23,939 - £26,558 per annum

Job Type: Permanent Role, 37.5 hours weekly (9 am - 5 pm)

The Role:

Working at the UK's largest nature conservation charity as a Food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible for F&B Operations ensuring a high standard of service and great customer experience.

Responsibilities:



* Lead the food and beverage team in day-to-day operations providing great customer experience.


* Commercial awareness, Budgeting, controlling costs and maximising income.


* Maintain food hygiene, health, and safety standards in the work environment.


* Setting and Monitoring KPIs and targets to deliver organisational goals.


* Building and maintaining strong working relationships, people management including setting objectives and providing feedback.


* Encouraging teams, with support from colleagues across the organisation.


Experience and Attributes:



* GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.




* Understanding of working EPOS systems.




* Level 3 food safety Desirable with Passion for good food and drink.


* A genuine desire to deliver amazing experiences for the visitors.


* Effective time management and people management.


* A positive outlook can do attitude, willing to develop new skills.
