Labourer

We currently require a number of Labourers for a leading manufacturer of building and construction products based in Bexhill-on-Sea.

Within this position you will be responsible for packing within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, full on the job training will be provided.

Job Role: Labourer

• The production of high-quality products and operation of production machinery


• Creating and maintaining the highest standards of 5S's housekeeping and environmental management


• successfully meeting packaging target times


• Manual handling and packing of products


• Ensure areas are inspected / maintained in accordance with local Health & Safety Standards and work within Standard Safe Operating Procedures

Labourer Desirable & Essential experience

• Previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment operating machinery is highly desirable, but training can be provided.


• An excellent level of health and safety in the workplace awareness, capable of working in a safe and efficient manner.

Salary & Package for the Labourer:

• Temporary to Permanent


• Location: Bexhill-on-Sea


• Shifts: 4 Days on 4 Days off (6:00am - 6:00pm)


• Salary Circa: £30,000+ Per Annum Inc bonus, basic from £26,000 overtime available at a premium, x 1.5 etc, company pension matched up to 10%, share option scheme, plus employee benefits program, including shopping discounts, sick pay, cycle to work scheme etc.
