The Role: Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Berlin, Germany
Salary: €70,000 - €80,000 + benefits

 Our client is a growing boutique provider of gorgeous coworking and flexible office spaces.

With a presence that is expanding across mainland Europe and some serious investment behind them, they are set for great things! Just in Germany, they have planned to open at least four new venues for the next 12 months!

 The dream job

• Managing the HR policies for the German market alongside the international central support team.
• Aligning the objectives for the business with your personnel and acting as the middle person between the staff and management
• Integrating HR policies and keeping up-to-date with the latest legislation changes
• Develop strong and trusting relationships with the international HR team, staff, and Executives
• Advise and guide managers on employee relations issues
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Supporting with inductions, delivery of parts of our management development programs and advising on the development of teams and individuals
• Supporting managers with appraisals, well-being, and safety for their teams
• Taking control of the change process
• Overseeing staff development programs
• Managing employee retention and recruitment

 The ideal candidate

• 2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with a head count of 50 or more across multiple locations
• Human Resources degree or qualification
• For this role, the HRBP will need to be located in Berlin but will also be expected to travel to Hamburg, Munich and Frankfurt when required
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential situations and info appropriately
• Fluent in English and German
