Weekend Kitchen Assistant – Cheshunt, Hertfordshire

Location: Kingfisher Nursing Home, Emmanuel Lodge, College Road, Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, EN8 9NQ

Hourly rate: £9.80 per hour

Hours: 6 hours per week

Shifts: 11:00am to 2:00pm, Saturday and Sunday

About the role:

• Prepare meals
• Assist with the cleaning of serveries and kitchens on a daily basis
• Collect and distribute crockery
• Maintain a clean and hygienic environment
• Carry out any reasonable request or instruction from the Home Manager or Head Cook

About you:

• The right to live and work in the UK (please note, sponsorship is not available)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a team, a caring nature and a positive attitude 
• An understanding of Health and Safety, Infection Control and COSHH
• Previous experience of working in a similar position is desirable but not essential
