Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse, Oxford

Opportunity available for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to work as a care coordinator, Based in Wallingford in Oxford

The team sits within Older Adults Community Mental Health Team based in Wallingford with the role predominately providing care to older adults with mental health needs both functional and dementia.

You will carry out assessments of mental health needs, care planning with psychosocial interventions and medication.

As part of this role you will be out in the community providing care coordination so a valid driving license with access to a vehicle is essential.

It is also essential you have experience working within the community and experience with older adult mental health is desirable but not essential.

This role is full time working 37.5 hours - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

There would be a possibility to work 4 longer days.



Hourly rate for this role is: £30 Per Hour
