Senior In-house Patent Attorney

Their impressive and expert patents team are growing and keen to welcome a formidable Senior Patent Attorney to take on an exciting role within this collegiate in-house environment.

You'll be an astute Senior Patent Attorney with a minimum of 2 years PQE who is ideally dual qualified.

A background in mechanical, electrical or automotive engineering is preferable, however, those from other appropriate disciplines will also be considered.

Complementing the strong existing team dynamic, you'll be largely involved in contentious work where your commercial and technical savviness will be fully utilised.

You'll be responsible for filing and prosecuting patent applications globally, provide opinions on infringement and validity of patents as well as support patent monetisation and litigation activities.

As a self-starter you'll be adept at managing your own workload, deadlines and be given the flexibility to further develop in areas that interest you the most.

It's imperative that you possess excellent interpersonal skills, impressive leadership qualities and are an all-round team player!
