Job Title: Global Head of F&B Operations
Salary: CHF 170,000 – 200,000 + up to 50% bonus
Location: Baar, Switzerland

We are currently looking for a Global Head of Food and Beverage Operations for a luxurious lifestyle hospitality brand.

With +30 properties, they have a global presence and in full expansion mode in cities like Dubai, Bangkok and New York! Read more below about this exciting opportunity!

Your will:

• Leading all aspects of the company’s food and beverage planning
• Monitoring all hotels’ Kpi’s and F&B performance (+30 properties)
• Assist in new openings
• Give input in pricing and menus
• Hiring managerial positions like Directors or F&B Managers
• Stakeholder management
• Travel (50%) across properties
• Preparing budgets and cost control measures
• Preparation of SOP’s and guidelines

You are/have:

• Graduated from a Hospitality Management studies
• Background in luxury hotels on a corporate level
• Comfortable with the financial side of the role
• Several years of experience in a multi-site F&B operations
• A strong hands-on and entrepreneurial mentality
• Commercial mindset
• Both a team leader and a team player with high social competence
