Family Support Worker - MASH

As a Support you will be an essential member of the Children and families HUB, providing a responsive and high level of expertise, knowledge, advice and guidance to members of the community of Manchester regarding the safeguarding concerns of Children and their families.

You will carry out high volume comprehensive phone screening and triage at a rapid pace, acquiring pertinent information from a variety of sources and triangulating for accuracy.

You will make recommendations for interventions and actions based on an examination of the needs and circumstances of children and their families.

Essential

• Previous experience of working in a Child safeguarding role


• Knowledge of the Childrens act 1989


• Level 4 qualification in Child care or equivalent


• Enhanced DBS
