Pay: up to £46,000 plus benefits and paid enhancements
Hours - Full time and Part time is available - Flexible working pattern

MediTalent are seeking a Lead Theatre Practitioner work for our client - a leading healthcare provider to work in their State-of-the-Art Private Hospital based in Croydon.

They are looking for a Lead Theatre Practitioner to join their friendly team in the Theatre department within a lovely private hospital that boasts 60 beds covering a range of procedures.
As a Lead Theatre Practitioner you will have strong communication skills and several years' experience in a senior or lead role.

You will act as a mentor for more junior team members and help to train and develop them.

You will ensure that hospital policies and procedures as adhered too and that top patient care is given at all times.
The ideal candidate will hold a valid NMC or HCPC pin number and ideally have a mentorship certificate.
