Private Client Fee Earner

Are you an experienced Private Client Chartered Legal Executive looking for a new role in Leicester?

My client is looking to appoint a motivated Chartered Legal Executive to work within their busy Private Client team at their Leicester office.

You will be undertaking fee earning work and working on Court of Protection as well as working with high-net-worth clients.

As a Private Client Fee Earner, you will be managing a busy caseload of Probate and Estate Administration work, this includes complex and high value estates.

Other duties will include:

• To maintain and build existing relations with clients and support in the developing of new relationships


• Conduct of private client and related matters on behalf of clients


• Although focusing on Probate and Estate Administration matters, there are opportunities to work on various Private Client matters.


• Become strongly involved within the local marketing networks


• Ensuring files are correct and up-to-date


• Using case management programmes to run cases


• Liaising with clients and third parties to the highest possible standard


• Financial control of your own matters


• Recognising fee-earning opportunities and develop as appropriate

My client is looking for a strong Private Client Fee Earner who is a Chartered Legal Executive or STEP qualified candidate who has experience within Court of Protection work and managing their own Private Client caseload with minimal supervision.

As a team collaboration is important, therefore, the firm is looking for someone who would join them in the office 3 to 4 times a week.

The role may include travel to visit clients in the local area, therefore a driving licence is desirable.
