Customer Service Centre Advisor

We are working with a leading Bodyshop Group in Barnsley who looking to add a driven Customer Service Centre Advisor for their Call Centre paying £21,500 Per Annum.

- Hours: 8am to 5pm (Saturday Morning\'s 8-12 are worked on a Rota basis on average about 1 in 4)
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Access to healthcare and perkbox

As a Customer Service Centre Advisor you will be responsible for: 

- This role is a telephony based role where you will support with incoming claims, phone customers to discuss the claim and talk through the repair process.
- Be available to answer phones to speak with both customers and work providers, providing updates and dealing with any queries, as well as doing some other updates.
- These tasks require excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and a quality focus that is second to non
- As the first point of contact for customers the role requires a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills

Minimum requirements for the Customer Service Centre Advisor role:

- looking for individuals who have the can-do attitude and are willing to help everyone at site and be able to get stuck in and being flexible, but equally be able to have a laugh along the way.
