My client is a boutique practise offering a suite of business law solutions to commercial clients, of which some are very well known in the Midlands property development market.

The firm have fantastic flexibility to ensure a good work/life balance and offer flexible working hours and the option for hybrid working.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will work within the Commercial Property team you will deal with all aspects of commercial property law including sales, purchase, leases, corporate support work and development work, as well as a small amount of high value residential conveyancing.

My client are looking for a strong candidate with 1-2 year PQE experience and who are local to the Derby or Nottingham area.

Part time applications will also be considered.
