Store Manager Designate

Our Client:

Our client is a growing retail business who has a presence in over 20 countries.

The Role:

To support the company’s continued plans for growth, we are looking to appoint a Store Manager Designate who whilst initially based in the Cowley store, following training will support/manage stores either on a planned or ad-hoc basis across the region.

This is a really exciting opportunity for anyone wanting to expand their management experience as you will be required to oversee all aspects of the store operation including the teams you are responsible for.

The Candidate:

As well as having experience of successfully managing in a fast paced high volume retail setting you will be confident in driving sales set against key performance indicators and developing a strong customer base through the delivery of effective customer service and engagement of your team.

You will have the ability to manage and merchandise stock and develop our teams through effective coaching and training.
