I am seeking a criminal defence solicitor for a specialist law firm offering a range of legal services to clients locally, nationally and abroad.

They have a range of experienced lawyers in our Criminal Defence Department, covering all aspects of advice, assistance and legal representation.

Whether it be representation at a police station, or at a Crown Court trial, we have dedicated experts with a wealth of knowledge who can assist you. The department is supported by a team across all three offices, comprising of police station accredited representatives, as well as experienced lawyers, who have Higher Rights of Audience in the Crown Court and are accredited members of The Law Society Criminal Litigation Panel.

As a criminal defence solicitor, you will

- Join the firm’s respected criminal department based at one of their four offices spread across Birmingham
- Undertake a wide range of matters from advisory, and police station work to Court of Appeal proceedings and everything in-between
- Successfully engage with clients and third parties at all levels and from all backgrounds
- Be proactive and adaptive to ever changing conditions and offer your clients reassuring levels of care and expertise

 
You will be a criminal defence solicitor with

- A minimum of 1 years PQE in criminal defence, however, a strong NQ solicitor would also be considered
- Police Station Accreditation (not essential but advantageous)
- Confident and personable characteristics and the ability to connect with clients from the outset
