SaccoMann have been instructed on an exciting Residential Conveyancing Paralegal position based in central Derby.

My client are well known across the East Midlands region and have continued to go from strength to strength over their many years of establishment.

This opportunity would suit someone looking to take their career in Conveyancing to the next level with a progressive and forward-thinking law firm.

The role

- Assisting the more senior members of your team on their Residential Conveyancing caseloads

- This will include assisting on sales and purchase matters, preparing files for completion, putting together relevant searches and drafting legal documentation

- You will provide first class client care and ensure clients are kept up to date at each stage of their case

The ideal candidate

- Ideally, you will be a conveyancing assistant or paralegal with upwards of 6 months' worth of experience in the area

- You will be a confident communicator with strong drafting and organisational skills
