This is a great opportunity to really get stuck in with the busy team at their Nottinghamshire offices.

The Role:

• You will be welcomed into this highly-regarded specialist Commercial Property team by working closely with the fee earners and Solicitors on your team


• Handling case files for the firm's wide-ranging and loyal clientele


• This will include work on commercial leases, development agreements, commercial sales and purchase transactions, to name a few


• You will be working as a solid member of this busy team, meeting deadlines to a strict schedule


• Strong client care skills are a necessity for this role as our client places high value on strong client care

The Candidate:

• In order to be considered for this position, you will have experience from a similar Commercial Property background


• You will be hard working and reliable with strong team working skills


• You should have strong client management skills and be able to communicate effectively with clients from varied backgrounds


• Working under pressure, you must have strong organisational skills and be able to prioritise to a high level
