Plant Fitter - Newmarket - £30,875

Our client, is looking to expand their team with the addition of a number of Plant Fitters nationwide.

The Plant Fitter role comes with a competitive basic salary of £30,0875.

- Hours: 47.5
- Overtime available at Time and a Half
- 30 Days Holiday per year

Plant Fitter Key Responsibilities:

- Reporting directly to the Workshop Foreman you will be required to diagnose faults, repair, service and prepare for hire our full range of Plant, Tools and Equipment.
- Ensure tablet based job records, pre hire records and all associated records are completed promptly and efficiently.
- Undertake pre- hire inspections, scheduled servicing and repairs to a comprehensive range of Plant Hire equipment

Minimum Requirements as a Plant Fitter:

- CITB/NVQ qualification preferred but not essential.
- Previous Tool Hire experience is essential
- Experience with diesel / petrol engines, hydraulic machinery and electrics.
- Be reactive and punctual at all times.
- Have the ability to work on own initiative and also as part of a team.
